The Frederick Gallery
Juror:  Barbara Southworth is a photographer based in Virginia and Maine.  Her images are featured at Chincoteague national Wildlife Refuge, and can be found in many private and corporate collections nationally.  Barbara is also a photography instructor, and leads classes and workshops combining hiking and photography for the Smithsonian Institution and Northern Virginai Community College, Alexandria, VA.
