Rob McAdams was born in Los Angeles, CA in 1969.  He received a BFA, Magna Cum Laude, in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University and a MFA in Studio Art from the University of South Carolina. Rob volunteers his time by currently serving as president of 1708 Gallery’s Board of Directors.  He has been the Regional Director for Young Audiences of VA an arts in education non-profit since 2007 and recently joined the University of Richmond School of Continuing Studies as Adjunct Faculty to teach a graduate level Arts Integration course.
