Welcome to The Fredericksburg Center
for the Creative Arts
Juror:  Anne Timpano earned a B.A. in Art History at the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, and an M.A. in Art History at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. She has served as Director, UMW Galleries since January, 2008. Previously, she was Director, DAAP Galleries, University of Cincinnati,1993-2007. While at UC she also founded the Museum Studies Certificate Program for which she served as Director,1999-2007. Prior to that, she served as Director of the Columbus Museum in Georgia for seven years and began her museum career as Museum Specialist and Program Management Assistant at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Timpano has served as a juror for numerous art exhibitions and festivals, lectured on a variety of topics relating to the history of American Art, and has organized numerous museum and gallery exhibitions.

The current Frederick Gallery exhibit "Power Fragile Earth" Exhibit
on exhibit March 1st until March 28th, 2009.
 Opening Reception March 6th.
