Juror's Statement  &  Awards

Michael Lease of Richmond, Virginia, is a lecturer, Gallery Associate at the Anderson Gallery and Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has experience teaching at the university level, ten years experience installing artwork and is a freelance photographer. He received his BFA in Painting, Photography and Art History from Frostburg State University, MFA in Photography and Film from VCU and studied at Colorado State University.
