Workshop Schedule:
  TWO DAY MOSAIC ART WORKSHOP
  Tuesday, December 7, 2010;  10:00am - 4:00pm  (1-hour lunch break)
  Wednesday, December 8, 2010;  2:00 - 5:00pm 
  Cost for both days: $115.00/FCCA-Member/2-day-workshop;  $125/non-member/2-day-workshop
  Materials included; Tools provided

COURSE OUTLINE:
  Learn the basics of mosaics, including substrates, use of mosaic tools, adhesives, and grout for interior mosaics
  Foundation of creating mosaic art
  Different types of glass, tiles and other materials applicable to mosaics
  Guided through the process to create a one-of-a-kind custom 10"x10" framed wall mirror for interior display
  Handouts, including step-by-step project sheet, suppliers list, websites of unique mosaic artists and a recommended reading list.
  Students are to bring to class a desire to learn, appreciate, share, design, explore, try, create, and have fun in a relaxed, small class atmosphere!

REQUIREMENTS:
  AGE: 16 and up.  SKILL LEVEL: No art or mosaic experience necessary.  MIN/MAX: 8 students.
