Three Juror Panel:
Carroll Morgan received her BFA Virginia Commonwealth University and her MALS degree from the University of Mary Washington.  She taught art in King George County Public Schools for 35 years and has taught adult and children's art classes for local arts organizations.  She has been involved in the Getty Center for Education in the Arts at the University of Cincinnati and Cranbrook Academy of Art, the Art Educators' Forums at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and Tony Sheets' Watercolor Workshop classes in Eugene, Oregon.  She is a member of the King George Art Guild, the North Windsor Artists in King George, and FCCA.  She has juried student art shows for the past 15 years and overseas the hanging of exhibits in FCCA's Frederick Gallery.  Ms. Morgan's work is represented in many private collections.  

Laura Sherrill Ligon is an instructor at Germanna Community College.  She is a painter who exhibits all over the United States and some countries.  Most recently, she was in juried shows in the Fine Art Museum of San Francisco and the Pharmaka Gallery in Los Angeles, California.  She has a Masters of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, where she studied under the renowned original abstract expressionist Grace Hartigan.
