FCCA Members' Annual Meeting
The FCCA Bylaws state:
Section 4. Nominations
to fill vacancies on the Board of Trustees created by expiring two-year terms or
resignations shall be made by a nominating committee designated by the Board.
Any member of FCCA may make further nominations to fill such vacancies, provided
such nominations are submitted in writing to the chairperson of the Nominating
Committee not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the meeting at which
trustees are to be elected, accompanied by written consent of such nominees to
serve if elected.
