Carol Phifer, an FCCA Member, has been selected as one of nine finalists in the Bethesda Painting Awards.  Three of her paintings have been jurored into and on display in the Fraser Gallery of Bethesda through the month of June, with the Opening Reception June 11th 6-9:00pm.

In addition, Carol will be at the Bethesda Art Market on June 12th 10:00am-5:00pm.
